I gave him lots of specification and drawing. Spoke to him and put it all in writing so we were clear. People buying services often do not do that. Tom Dugan read it and looked at it and we talk about it and HE DID IT ALL PERFECTLY. PS He is not a friend or relative but I respect him as a craftsman and artisan."

Communication from Kay in the office was top notch, and Clarence kept everything moving along, in spite of a little rain delay.
