"Brandon Wilkes and Humbled Roofing & Restoration were superb from day 1. Brandon was so helpful walking us through how to go about contacting our insurance to get our wind damaged roof repaired. He even made sure he was here when the insurance adjuster came. He went above and beyond with his excellent customer service. He made what could've been a stressful process stress free. He was available at anytime with any questions we had. When they worked on our roof, they were very efficient and careful not to damage any of our yard and very diligent when it came to clean up. By the end of the day, we had an amazing new roof! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone!"

"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

We have a one-story house with a big roof, so the roofers were here for two days. I never saw anyone who wasn't working hard the entire time they were here, and they were well trained and experienced. "AWT installed our roof about nine years ago. When we had the leak, we called Wayne to check it out because we didn't think we had pipes in the attic. Wayne was at our house within a couple of hours. After crawling into the attic and verifiying we had a leaking pipe there, he called a plumber and arranged for him to be at our house within a few hours. Wayne refused any payment for his services!! The plumber came and fixed the problem. Wayne and AWT are the best!!!"

Not long after, I was contacted by Bobby Davis (I think I got his first name correct but definitely Davis) who stated that he sub-contracted work from American Roofing during busy times. I set an appointment with Mr. Davis for the next day. He showed up early, inspected the roof and gave me a price. We agreed and he returned the next day (early again) and made the repair. Mr. Davis took before and after pictures (cell phone) of the repairs and guaranteed his work.  Very satisfied</p> <br />"

"Roofer was able to id issues no other roofer had and should have, as well as knew location covenant requirements stopping me from placing on the wrong roof type. They were very knowledgeable, extremely professional, responsive, and courteous, it did not matter who were speaking to. "Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."

"We needed to replace our pull down attic stairs. Carlos was on time for the installation. Very polite and professional. He finished the installation in the amount of time he originally stated it would take. Stairs worked just fine and the area where he worked was as clean as when he started. I would certainly hire him again for other projects."
