"Gave them a call to clean 24 yr old ducts that had never been touched. BOY, was I glad I did. It turns out they'd been eaten through by rats in the attic for who knows how many years, had been pouring cool/hot air/$$$s into the attic, and mold everywhere. The guys came back, did a terrific job of replacing resealing, and scrubbing everything. Then they came back and blew insulation where it should be up to, as opposed to below the ceiling joists. My electric bills are already $30 below where they were last year, and the A/C unit is thanking them. They explained every step, answered every question, and YECH. Had pictures documenting all of it. Nobody else will ever touch the HVAC in this house. I can't thank them enough."

"Let me just start off by saying the first thing that struck me was 1. the pricing I was expecting to pay a whole lot more than the bill that I received. I too am a business owner and I understand how hard it is to run a small business and that the pricing he is charging in my opinion it's not enough to keep the doors open.But it goes further than money this is a reflection of his character. Justin in fact is trying to develop relationships with his customers long-term and the fact they stand behind their work after 2 months of having my unit serviced my temperature was not staying as cool as it needed to not realizing that the hotter it gets the harder it is for your AC to cool the air but what he noticed was my colis was dirty again after 2 months.. and rather than charging me for a trip charge out there he not only waived the fee for the trip charge but also cleaned my colis again at no charge.. Justin and his company aim to take care of people and to do the right thing I will be needing a new system next year and this company is my only choice! You would be wise to look no further and use Justin Touchstone! Character/honesty to me is greater than money it's hard to put a value on that!"

"AdvantaClean was hired to clean the air ducts and dryer vent at our home. We had done several renovations since buying the home and needed the ducts cleaned from sheetrock and concrete dust. The team did an excellent. job. They were professional, courteous, responsible and thoughtful. They protected the environment and cleaned up afterwards. They sent us pictures of the before and after so we could see exactly what was done. They were on time and worked diligently to complete the process in a timely fashion. And never heard a complaint even though the ambient temperature was almost 100 degrees. I can't imagine what it was like in the attic! Their cost was less than 2 other companies we had quote the job. When he ran a camera into the line, he found that the line between my house and the street was not aligned and causing back-ups. He set up a time to come back the following week to dig up and re-set my line. I was dreading this project, fearing it would ruin my yard, but David did his best to dig up only what was necessary and had everything in great working order by lunchtime.
