"We worked with Aladdin through Costco as a preferred partner and they were great - specifically John who did the measurements and communications and especially Walter and Tano who did the work over 3 days converting our flooring into luxury vinyl plank. The craftsmanship was excellent and detailed - everything was taken care of and stayed within budget. We had an issue with the subfloor which they worked through with us consulting through every step and let us decide, and listened when we wanted things done a certain way (like look-a-like transitions instead of lesser quality transitions). Price was reasonable and communication excellent - as opposed to Lowes who couldn't get us situated, kept getting bounced around, and eventually just gave up with them.
