"Biggest mistake to make is to agree to an hourly fee. Sadly, I trusted Esther. It was $100 for 3 workers. I planned to do my home in stages so they started in master room, bath, and hung up clothes in the closet. They spoke no English so every time I tried communicating I had to use an app to translate. It apparently took them 8.5 hours- yes you read that right- $850 to clean a bedroom and bathroom. I have before and after photos. Not impressive. I told Esther that they sweet super slow workers and she said she had heard that previously. What?!?! Why would you send three slop workers to an hourly job?! I ended up paying $500 which is at least $250 more than it should be. Today, I went to put on my Chanel earrings and they are gone. Esther claims the workers didn't touch the jewelry but I caught her in a lie where the workers said they picked up jewelry on the floor- not true. Also, they moved several pieces of my jewelry.
