"Service provided was exactly what I requested."

"I paid “BBM Cleaning Services” of Plano, Texas for what was to be a "deep clean". I consider what they did was a regular clean and not a deep clean. The two ladies were friendly but the work done was not a deep cleaning. One lady spoke a little English the other spoke only Spanish, it difficult to communicate. The performance of the house cleaning was average. They left areas that were not cleaned and left dusty. I am disappointed with their services. The overall general cleaning was average but the details are left untouched and unfished, for example: • They did not adequately clean fans and light fixtures or behind furniture, • Several areas were inadequately dusted, for example backs of chairs, chair bases and legs and tops of picture frames, • Fans and light fixtures edges were dusted lightly and flat surfaces were undusted, • Blinds were dusted, but left visible lines of dust on the area that were turned up. • Kitchen cleaning missed wipe off of appliance doors and handles, • The tile floor is front of the fireplace has a brightly colored paper sticker which was left untouched, • Window sill were not wiped clean, they were dusted but not damp wiped, • Edges of three doors and light switch covers were left with dirty spots. The cleaning services provided isn’t a matter of doing an inadequate job - they didn't do the job details. I will be sure to share the disappointing quality of service with everyone who asks for a referral for housecleaning. I wouldn't call “BBM Cleaning Services” again."

"Full Scope Cleaning does an absolutely beautiful job! Everything, every time, is carefully and meticulously cleaned. Breanna leaves my house looking and smelling amazingly clean and just overall wonderful! The kitchen and all the appliances are sparkling, bathroom fixtures, glass shower doors, all look like new when she’s done. Floors are spotless, everything is dusted, I could go on and on. She even “fixed” the stainless on my refrigerator that a previous person had unfortunately damaged by using a wrong cleaner. I thought it was a lost cause but Breanna did some research and brought a product she thought may fix it at her next visit. She worked on the refrigerator top to bottom and 100% fixed it! It looks like new! Breanna is a treasure and I am very grateful to be her customer."

"We have an Air BnB that is a drive from our main holdings. We were making the travel too often. These folks hooked us up with an affordable solution that did a deep clean for us that was so good, we’re reserving them for our regular turn arounds from here on out. It can be difficult to find prompt, reliable cleaning that you can trust. Thanks much!"

"LP Cleaning Services did an awesome job cleaning my friend’s apartment. They gave the place a deep clean—dusting, getting rid of spider webs, disinfecting everything, and even reaching those tricky spots. They’re my go-to whenever I need cleaning done."
