"We signed a contract in Aug, 2025 ($6,618.50) to take our scaled drawings and put those into a CAD file so they could be stamped by a license architect. When I initially spoke to Evolution Drafting, I clearly stated that our building code department required Stamp Architect plans in order to receive our Certificate of Occupancy and needed these completed as quickly as possible. Over the 7 months, we never received a final plan that contained the certified architect stamp on every page as required and standard. We did receive a plan with a stamp on the initial page in December 2025 that contained a lot of errors and used outdated building codes. We found this out when we submitted the plans to the building department and they noted the errors. In December, I notified ED about the notes from the building department and they kept saying the arch. is MIA and non-responsive to their request. In March 2026, I ended my relationship with them and seeking a full refund for breech. "

"This job was over budget and 9 months to build a 200square foot room and 1/2 bath. David is a good framer, if he is doing the work himself it is good. The only SKILLED workers he used were his electrician and his plumber. Everyone else was from some street corner job pool. It took three attempts to texture this project. Two front windows had to be redone due to them not being straight, the top of one window was arched. Once again, on the third attempt, they ended up having to frame the entire windows out with wood trim. When windows arrived, according to David, one screen was torn, instead of repairing it or taking it to supplier, he installed it torn. However he did tell me he would fix it AND ONLY CHARGE ME FOR THE SCREEN!!! I can?t even count how many times paint had to be repainted due to labor using incorrect paint. David?s plummer installed drain and supply for new 1/2 bath addition. When foundation was poured, we found it was not level in the area of the 1/2 bath. David say"
