"We had to have a new hvac system installed. 05/22 We bought a Daikin system. We also had a duct cleaning performed, an air scrubber installed, & a new damper system put in. We also signed up for the quarterly service. 06/23 During quarterly maintenance, tech informs us of poor air quality and tells us we need a duct cleaning. I said we just had one done a year ago. The next day Chad (service manager) comes out and looks at it and says the tech had faulty equipment. 08/23 The discharge thermistors were faulty, the fuses tested weak, and the compressor was bad. There was an issue with how the system was installed. They replaced the parts all under warranty. It took around two weeks. They provided 2 window units at no charge. 06/24 Upstairs was not cooling, tech came out and the damper needs replaced, it was under warranty & was replaced the next day. The techs that come out have all been very polite, respectful, and efficient. They will charge a service fee anytime they come out for anything, even if itâ s under warranty. The manager Phillip came out and spoke with me personally about some of the issues I had. Honestly an HVAC system in Texas is going to be a pain in the butt. Overall Minuteman is one of the best HVAC companies around to help you deal with that."

"Saturday afternoon and I realized my home was not cool. The thermostat was 83 and climbing. I was able to contact A-Anderson HVAC and electrical. They were at my house in less than an hour and less than an hour later my AC was cooling. Dylan stayed long enough to check the air temperature coming out of the vents. He was very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable . Everyone from phone to personal service was great. The price was also in my expected range. I highly recommend this company."

"ORIGINAL 8/8/2021: Called us 10 minutes prior to arrival time to tell us they were asked by the previous customer to do additional work. Finally arrived about 90 minutes later. Paid extra to have dog stain cleaned in living room. After they did the **flush** of the spot, the entire living room rug smelled like the vomit in that one spot I asked to be **flushed**. I can smell the odor as soon as I enter my home. The cost is very high and we expected quality service. Not so great and definitely not worth the money. They **flushed** a spot on the carpet where my dog had thrown up and I couldnt get the smell out. After they did that, the whole carpet smelled like throw up and as soon as I walked into the house, it smelled horrible."
