"I had Love My Maids for 3 years. In the beginning, the maids worked very well. We gave them gift cards for birthday and Christmas presents. The 3rd year one of the maids began getting very sloppy.( The other maid wound up doing the maid with attitude's work half the time.) When I called her hand on it, she threw a big fit and walked off the job. She works solely with another Love My Maid. You have to have both of them or neither of them. I think they wanted more money but they were making pretty good money. Maid work is not engineering; it's cleaning, for Pete's sake. And the maid with the attitude was very clumsy and distracted.She broke a lot of things of our things by not paying attention to what she was doing. She would go through the chores too fast, leaving things half done. There are other maids there at Love My Maids but the attitudes, etc. soured me on the company. I never turned in a damage report...Just wanted them to be out of my hair. Just too much drama."

The most impressive part of this experience: I have a situation that is very different from the normal request/requirement for home and/or office cleaning and have struggled to make the person helping with the cleaning understand my needs. This was a different experience: she immediately understood what I needed and how I needed it done. And she did exactly that. "Biggest mistake to make is to agree to an hourly fee. Sadly, I trusted Esther. It was $100 for 3 workers. I planned to do my home in stages so they started in master room, bath, and hung up clothes in the closet. They spoke no English so every time I tried communicating I had to use an app to translate. It apparently took them 8.5 hours- yes you read that right- $850 to clean a bedroom and bathroom. I have before and after photos. Not impressive. I told Esther that they sweet super slow workers and she said she had heard that previously. What?!?! Why would you send three slop workers to an hourly job?! I ended up paying $500 which is at least $250 more than it should be. Today, I went to put on my Chanel earrings and they are gone. Esther claims the workers didn't touch the jewelry but I caught her in a lie where the workers said they picked up jewelry on the floor- not true. Also, they moved several pieces of my jewelry. However, he returned on today as promised, and did a great job of cleaning. I would recommend him and his helper for house cleaning. This was my very 1st time using this company, but I will use them again."
