And it looks wonderful! The thing that I appreciated most was their treatment of my physically and mentally handicapped brother. They were very respectful and kind to him. And that's extremely rare. "Lots of delays getting started and lots of excuses. Some issues came up after installation and it was impossible to get a return phone call for months on end with many more personal excuses. There are places where the fence is nearly 6" off the ground which would be a huge problem if we had a small dog. The gates look very rustic and cheap. We received a 2% discount at the end but that won't come close to actually fixing the issues. Would not recommend to my neighbors."

"Very down-to-earth. Estimates were timely. Price quotes across the board were good. The timing of installing it was really quick. After making the decision to go with Armitage, the owner was willing to return to finalize the location of the fence after the stake survey was completed. The fence was put in quickly (exactly the timing he promised), straight and sturdy and it looks good for a black vinyl chain link fence. I would definitely recommend Ben Armitage. My only comment is that the gate latch is not as secure as I would like it and the mechanism seems cheap. We have 5 dogs (thus the reason we needed it so quickly after purchasing the house) and one of the dogs was able to get out immediately by gently lifting up the handle and pushing the gate open. So, we need to install a separate latch."
