Bought the Big Deal, but realized the company would probably do the small job at a loss so I supplemented some additional money to make it at least a break even or small profit. Installation took longer than promised due to owner going out of town, but George was pleasant, helpful and responsive once back in town. "There was a slight difference between the original agent and the work crew regarding where the holes would be drilled into the siding surrounding the Bay Window Out Crop.  However the Forman of the work crew explained why the difference of procedure existed and we were satisfied with his explanation.  They cleaned up any debris they left and took great care to not disturb any of the flowers my wife had planted in the area surrounding the Bay Window.   I might note that before they came out, we put a thermometer in the cupboards adjacent to the North wall and recorded the temperatures at different intervals of the day.  After the Insulation had been installed we repeated the recording of temperatures and we had a noticeable difference in the indoor temperature. It was much more pleasant to eat in the dinning area during the winter evenings and not have to wear a sweater or light jacket to keep warm while partaking of the evening meal."

"The only reason for a four versus five star rating is the equipment problems and the under estimated materials. The trailor with the equipment broke an axle and they don't have a back up. I would think you always have a back up for such a critical component of your business. Then, they ran out of the checmicals and had to return the next morning to finish the job. he technicians admitted this has happened before because they are fairly new at the spray foam installation process. So back up equipment and better estimation training is needed for this company to deserve five stars. The technicians were first rate, courteous, and their work was impeccable. All five stars for them and the courteous sales rep who was also very knowledgeable about insulation matters, but not enough to estimate the amount of product needed."
