Bought the Big Deal, but realized the company would probably do the small job at a loss so I supplemented some additional money to make it at least a break even or small profit. Installation took longer than promised due to owner going out of town, but George was pleasant, helpful and responsive once back in town. The guys doing install were friendly, courteous and did a nice job."

"Extreme Green Foam Insulation completely re-insulted our two story home about six months ago and we wanted to wait until the weather got really cold to see how well it would perform. Well. . . let me just say that if I could give them 10 stars instead of just 5 stars for the absolutely wonderful job they did from start to finish I would. But, where they would really get such high marks from our family it would be for the tremendous difference it has made in our home! We used to absolutely freeze, especially downstairs. We would have to wear sweaters or a heavy robe, and would have to have blankets over us as we watched tv or anything because the house was just so cold and drafty. No more cold or drafts! Their extreme green foam has made a huge difference, we can actually enjoy the downstairs now during these cold months and our furnace seems to run a lot less. During the install the general manager came out to see us, I think his name was Keith, and he was so nice and polite and seemed to genuinely care about our satisfaction, just really great attitude. The workers that were pumping the foam into the walls and also blew insulation into our attic, were very professional and polite and you could tell that they had been trained to do what they were doing as they seemed to do just an excellent job. They also cleaned up our yard and everything very well after they were finished. Overall, a really great experience! Is it a little pricey to completely insulate your home with their extreme green foam, a little, yes, but very much worth it! We would highly recommend them!"

"The only reason for a four versus five star rating is the equipment problems and the under estimated materials. The trailor with the equipment broke an axle and they don't have a back up. I would think you always have a back up for such a critical component of your business. Then, they ran out of the checmicals and had to return the next morning to finish the job. he technicians admitted this has happened before because they are fairly new at the spray foam installation process. So back up equipment and better estimation training is needed for this company to deserve five stars. The technicians were first rate, courteous, and their work was impeccable. All five stars for them and the courteous sales rep who was also very knowledgeable about insulation matters, but not enough to estimate the amount of product needed."
