"The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

"

They were prompt, the sales was low-pressure, the door itself was lifetime warranted, and the install was smooth.  After the install they cleaned up the mess and remove the old door.  Because the door was lifetime warranted, All Weather Seal has come out to repair it in the past, and has always been as professional as ever.  An excellent company, I have used them to replace all of my windows as well. Highly recommended!

"Fantastic crew! Our bathroom remodel was from the ground up in our 1954 house. Just the best tile people and design. They helped us add a front porch with a gable, just love it! Working with Elite Roofing was a pleasure, we told them exactly what we wanted, it happened, a very competent company."

"Actual installation took 1 day, but estimate, scheduling and final payment took almost 2 months. Gutter guards could not be installed as per factory instructions because of problems with existing drip rail, but were installed with modifications. New gutters tended to overflow where roof valley met gutter, but this was corrected later with the addition of valley splash shields. One unpleasant surprise was the subcontracting of gutter installation by a local company that we had had previous dealing with, who argued with us about desired modifications. However, Scott was very involved, and resolved all issues, including adjusting the price based on and quot;pain and sufferingand quot;. Scott was excellent and receptive to what we had to say, as well as being easy to get along with.
Suggestion to customers: specify work to be performed by their own crew, not sublet.

"I have used precise renewal for multiple residential and small commercial roof replacements as well as some other small repairs. The job quality was excellent and their pricing was very competitive. The owner is very hands on and makes sure to keep you up to speed on the project. They are very quick to get jobs done. I plan to continue to use them for future projects."

"Henry & Bob were very patient to explain the paneling functions and track down what needed to be repaired. They followed up with getting up parts ordered that were under warranty. They will also quote us for adding a battery to our system. So far so good! We look forward to them coming back in a week with our new parts to get us back up and running!"

"They sent about 15 workers and 8 hours later we have a brand roof! They were very professional, covered my flowers and landscaping before doing the job, went through the yard after with a magnet to do all the cleaning up of the left over parts and nails. They were very careful with the job overall and did an amazing job."

"Elysium offered a very competitive price for their services.  More surprisingly, the responsiveness, care and overall quality provided by Kevin Westmoreland's team was great.   My chimney needed significant wood repairs.  With considerable effort they made the repairs before proceeding to paint it.  This was especially notable since the top of the chimney is nearly 40 feet off the ground and required considerable caution.  When the work was done the crew cleaned up so well you could not tell they were there.  I was also pleased because they allowed me to select the brand of paint used on the job.

"Matt did a really good job on my roof repair and rebuilt my steps. Reasonable price and would hire again."
