They manage themselves and their crew. We didn't have to think about any detail. Everyone who passes our home gives a complement. We had them scheduled for the fall clean up as well. He came on weekends, and he took the time even when he is fully booked. We got the estimate within the next day while the turnaround time for others is 3-4 weeks. "Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."
