My belongings showed up 18 days later, with no accountability or proper explanation. The payment situation was another disaster: after initially accepting credit cards, at pickup they suddenly said they no longer accepted cards and that I had to pay in cash. They literally change the rules whenever it suits them. After arguing with multiple people, they ?accepted? my card, but split the payment into two transactions just to charge me double processing fees. Completely abusive. Unlimited moving and storage made us pay in cash, and would not accept credit cards even though that?s how the deposit was made. And they refused to give a receipt. Then after they loaded a third of the truck, they came back and said never mind the $4000 quote, it?s actually gonna be $12,000! In cash! We almost lost our house because of them, if it wasn?t for family, we never would?ve come up with the money. These people are thieves, and con men. They stole $8000, by holding our things hostage. Don?t even talk to these people, this run in the opposite direction!"
