He completed the demolition of a metal fence and concrete stair walkway and installed an expansive private stucco wall, extended the existing paver patio, and added a 30' x 12' putting green. In addition, he designed and installed a professional landscape lighting system. He and his team arrived on time every day, worked very hard, stayed on budget, and completed the job in less than 90 days from contract signing to completion. Truly remarkable!! "First impressions is key for us and we knew right off the bat David would be someone great to work with. We had our existing pool reimagined (which was a feat in itself because come to find out there was 2 layers of concrete to drill through) and we had our patio redone to combat drainage issues. We had pavers installed, a French drain installed, rebuilt a pony wall and replaced two wood pillars and replaced with brick. David communicated with us every step of the way on the daily. "Kendall and his team were fantastic. Since we just bought the house and had nothing but dirt in the backyard we needed a lot of help. Kendall was professional, friendly and very helpful. He gave me ideas and went with me to pick out the pavers, rocks, and plants. We had pavers installed from the driveway to behind the gate with a pad for the trash cans, extended the patio, and had a 14’x14’ pad for our fire-pit.
