While the first time the grout cracked, this company came out to fix it, the second time I was told it would be called "maintenance" and I would be charged, even though the work should still be under warranty. The first time it happened I was told that's common problem which surprised me. I don't think maintenance is an excuse for not fixing a problem created by the company. This was a special kind of grout and should not be cracking within months of the project's completion."

"I was expecting the scheduled work to be done within the month.About a week later Cesar called and said they had a cancelation and ask if the credit could come by to make the repairs after some stepping pavers and a portion of the pool deck area had been removed due to major plumbing repairs.The crew showed up on time and took care of the repairs in a timely manner.They even picked up the broken mortar pieces left by the plumbers.
