They were punctual when arriving for the service that took place over three visits. Christian and Ralph were amazing in planting our saguaro. Rolando and Carlos were great at grinding a stump from an old tree they removed. They also left me treatments for both my Ficus tree and a Citrus tree that the previous owner left in bad shape."

"Service requested, Craig of Tree Logic showed when requested, provided estimate and date to complete job. I regret it has taken me this long (6mos) to document "outstanding" service and care provided by Tree Logic and crew. On date agreed, Craig and crew showed and immediately went to work on trimming and thinning 2 large Chinese Elms (30+ft, 16yrs old) in front yard, which I consider a "huge" attraction for the value of house and property....I did not want sight of overgrown, or "too" thinly manicured trees, as the 1st impression of my property. Craig and crew worked efficiently and "caringly" to sculpture the trees the way I envisioned. The remaining 4 trees were completed and all limbs and trimmings removed. "Amazing job! Edward knows his stuff. Walked the property, took time to explain the entire job and scheduled right there to have is crew come and complete the work that week. They took down and stump ground two huge mesquite trees that started leaning and cracking due to storm damage (we were worried they might fall onto our house from a monsoon), trimmed up a medium sized mesquite tree and our queen palm. Exceptional job - great investment (well worth the money), timely, professional, super friendly, did a ton of work in a 5 hour period and the yard was spotless when they left. "I contacted several tree trimmers to complete a job. This profession is extremely busy in our area. Optimum is no exception. If you have an emergency they might be able to respond quickly, but for regular trimming or maintenance the scheduling could be  3 to 4 weeks. While they did respond to calls and emails, it does take a day or 2. The team is professional and courteous. If I did use them again it would be for removal only. If they park on a hard surface, put a tarp down. The vehicles leak fluids.
