Dave Larkin and his team are professional yet personable gentlemen who transformed a nice house into an exquisite home that I absolutely LOVE. It is a blessing to have been led by the Lord to choose Dave's company after meeting with 9 other contractors! I started out with a to-do list of about 10 things I needed help with but the more they transformed my house to reflect my personality, the more I wanted done, and without hesitation, Dave always obliged. By the time DL Remodeling finished my home, the to-do list ended up with no less than 44 items to tackle, which they started and completed with diligence and amazing craftsmanship; no corners were cut. But most importantly, as a single woman living alone, I felt 100% safe and comfortable at all times when the gentlemen worked inside my home from 8:30AM to 4PM this past winter and spring. Dave's team of Skip, Tim and Luis were courteous and punctual, experts at their individual crafts and determined workers, and respectful of my personal & real property. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my home!!!!! Every time I walk through the front door, I feel like Dorothy clicking her ruby slippers: "There's no place like home. There's no place like home." It is my distinct pleasure and honor to HIGHLY recommend DL Remodeling for any work needed to beautify a home. (Some of the tasks they performed for me were: Build and install crown molding, interior & exterior painting, build sheet rock walls, assemble a ton of patio furniture, hang heavy art and mirrors, stain exterior stairs and interior furniture, hang light fixtures, extend electrical wiring, install dimmers, hang curtains, install rolling shades and blinds to upper/lower deck patios, remove shower door and build pony wall, install outdoor shower, build and install shelves in cabinets, etc. etc.)"
