Charlie and his team were a pleasure to work with, and the work went smoothly. We also asked Precision Carpentry and Plumbing to update or pipes beneath the house. Charlie anticipated potential issues (such as bracing the floor or replacing rotten beams) and so there were no surprises regarding the final fees. Charlie kept us in the loop every step of the way, and worked hard to minimize the inconvenience of being without a shower while the work was completed. There were a lot of components to this remodel, and suppliers did not always cooperate, but Charlie and his team kept us informed as the work went on. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
