"Southern National replaced my roof in September, and after waiting through a good rainfall, I can confidently say the experience was excellent from start to finish. I spoke with over a dozen roofing companies before choosing them, and Southern National stood out immediately with their professionalism, clear communication, and customized approach. The project was stress-free: every milestone (from material delivery to installation) was right on schedule, the crew was friendly and careful with my property—including my new gutters and backyard for my dogs—and they left everything cleaner than they found it. This was one of the easiest major home investments I’ve made, and the results exceeded expectations. I’d highly recommend Southern National to anyone considering a new roof."

"Bradley Construction was a lifesaver! After a tree sideswiped our house, damaging the roof, gutters, and causing water to leak into a bedroom, we were overwhelmed. Thankfully, Denny, the project manager, stepped in and made the entire process stress-free. They acted quickly to assess the damage and got to work immediately. The repairs were handled with exceptional professionalism, and they ensured everything?from the roof to the interior water damage?was restored to perfection. Denny kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their customer service is unmatched. We couldn?t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Bradley Construction and Denny for anyone needing fast, reliable, and top-notch service!"

"Called and left messages for over a month to get them to resolve issues. Finally had to go to their office to get someone to talk to me. There was a 1" gap at the back chimney that you could see through from the attic. They assured my wife the flashing had been installed correctly but they would fix. Asked that they check the flashing on the other chimneys which they assured us they did but now have leak in into my bedroom. I will be calling another contractor to fix their poor workmanship."

FAQs for metal roofing repair projects in Fountain Inn, SC

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.

To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.

While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.

When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
