"Last week we hired Mike to take on a significant project that involved removing a load bearing wall holding up 1/4th of our roof and 2nd floor. It involved adding temporary walls to support the weight as he installed 2 14' laminated beams, not an easy task. This opened up our kitchen into an adjacent room give us a completely different look and feel. He also removed about 500 sq ft of tile and cement board. He will be coming back to install continuous wood floor. Mike was willing to divide work into phases, allowing us to manage spending better. All that work was accomplished in 5 working days! We are very pleased with his work, he was great to work with and professional. He also came in under his budget estimate."
