"We had Renew Property Solutions remove our existing asphalt driveway and replaced with concrete. I first reached out on a Sunday evening and Chris contacted me first thing on Monday to schedule an appointment to review the project. Upon meeting with Chris we went over the details of the project and spoke about possible timing of the work. Chris indicated they were out about 3-4 weeks, depending on weather which I completely understood, also working in construction. We received the proposal which was very detailed on scope of work to be performed which we appreciated as we were making slight modifications from our existing layout. Once we finalized the agreement the work was completed within the 3-4 window Chris had originally mentioned, which I was pleasantly surprised with due to the weather during that time! Our project consisted of about 34 yards of concrete, and associated asphalt removal. Work was completed in 2-3 days and we could not be any happier with the end product. Chris's team took pride in their work, worked diligently, and made sure that we were happy by keeping us informed. Upon completion of work the work area was cleaned up and edges backfilled. We also appreciated the consideration of the location of the sawcut joints as our drive fell in between our house and detached garage (that are not parallel with each other) to provide for an aesthetically pleasing layout. "We wanted to make our small existing 10x12 patio bigger so we have more outdoor living space.  We weren't sure exactly what we wanted to do but just knew it was too small for us. Decorative Edge Curving helped us with the design of the new patio extension so it won't be a boring rectangular concrete patio.  We also wanted concrete edging around our flowerbeds and to border our patio.  There apparently was a misunderstanding on where to start and end the edging but they quickly fixed it for us even though it meant more work for them on a very hot day.  We initially just wanted to install a couple of the downspouts that are buried in the ground (the rid pops up when it rains), but after seeing how handy they are, we ended up getting more.  It has been a few months since they did the work and we have been very happy with our new patio and concrete edging, and all of the buried downspouts are working great. <br /> Their mobile showroom is really nice as we were able to actually see and touch their products.  Great communication, great work ethic, no complaint here.  We will definitely hire them again. <br />"

"Excellent, went above and beyond expected. My back yard was a mess: uneven, poorly built fence, lots of debris, water pooling, cracked uneven sidewalk. Patio is beautiful, very helpful in choosing pavers. But he went above the expected and used to extra dirt to even the back yard, lifted the uneven sidewalk, adjusted the fence and even put in a drain to prevent erosion to complete the job. Very professional. Would recommend."
