Ty could ve easily kept working and let us waste our money. Instead, he let us know so we could get the roof taken care of (again.) Patch Boys could ve taken our money and with the leaky roof, we would ve had to have the drywall repaired again. We appreciate the honesty of Jerry (owner) and Ty. Both were polite and professional. "Due to below freezing temperatures this winter, I had a pipe in my garage burst (the pipe was garage facing, not behind the walls).
