Construction Services, came over that same day and assessed the damage to the porch roof. He gave me quotes to either  1. just repair and replace the leaking  shingles, or 2. replace the entire porch roof. He explained the first choice would stop the leaks where they were visible, but that it might not correct the cause of the leaking. Choice #2 was to replace the entire roof.     I considered both options and chose to have him replace the entire roof. I am very glad I did. As he worked taking the old shingles off, he saw that the original roofing on the porch was not up to code. Had I chosen to have him just reshingle the original leaking ares, I would still be left with a roof that would leak again.    "

"Andrew and his crew were great! He kept in touch with us while everything was on hold during the pandemic. He showed up exactly when he said he would. We had a leak in our back bedroom. They cleaned out the old insulation and replaced it with new. They fixed the damaged ceiling and wall. You can’t even tell there was an issue. They also replaced broken glass block windows in our basement, bathroom, and laundry room with new glass box and window vents. They worked quickly and cleaned up the areas after they were finished.
