"My wife and I purchased 30 Sunrise vinyl windows and a sliding door from Kotch’s Windows-N-More and had them installed in Aug 2017. Our home was built in 1998 and the original wood windows were in need of replacement. Mike Kotch and his team were fantastic! Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and I was pleased that he did not use any high-pressure sales techniques during the bid process. His extensive experience in the windows industry was very evident during our consultation with him. We received 3 different quotes for windows and we found that Mike’s quote (which price-wise fell in the middle of the 3) provided the most value and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted (including a really neat Sunrise sliding glass door with shutters built on the inside of it, and 3 large picture windows that the other competitor said would need to be 6 smaller windows instead of 3). Mike’s installers were also top notch. We were very impressed with the work they did, and the care and attention to detail that they had. (Mike’s installers came highly recommended to us from a few different neighbors of ours, which is one of the main reasons we decided to go with Mike.) The installers consisted of a 2-man crew and they were able to complete our job in 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up too. Shortly after reaching out I received a call back from Jacob who is a real pleasure to work with. Jacob setup a convenient day and time for us to meet to take a look at the roof. Jacob being the professional he is took pictures of the shingles lifting, missing and moss growing in the valleys to share with me. After Jacob performed his roof inspection we sat down to discuss the process, materials and pricing for the job. Extreme Exteriors was able to come in approximately $300 less then comparable competitors. For insurance reasons I had a very aggressive schedule and required the roof installed ASAP - Jacob was able to coordinate with his crews along with pulling all the necessary permits needed to perform the job in the time frame I required it. This company does not mess around - the day after the shingles were delivered a crew showed up early at the house. Extreme Exteriors got the work completed in about 5 hours keeping the work area clean and they performed a Magnet sweep to pickup any stray nails. This company did a complete tear-off, installed GAF Snow Country Ridge Vent System, Front and Back Edge Vents, installed new drip edge and 6' of ice & water shield. They also install new flashing around the chimney. I would definitely use this company again for any of my future roofing needs and would highly recommend them to my friends and family."

"We had a very positive experience from the very first phone call all the way through to the finished product.

My husband spotted a crack on the outside of our foundation and contacted Stay-Dry. Wayne, the salesman, returned his call right away and set up an initial inspection both inside and outside. The inside basement wall was covered by dry-wall so Wayne told him that he would do another inspection after it was removed. After the second inspection he gave us a very thorough quote and said that the service manager, Perry, would contact us on Monday. Just as promised, Perry called and set up a final inspection. My husband was at work during the final inspection so Perry very patiently explained everything to me and also assured me that there would be very little mess as they use a vacuum cleaner and set up a tent around the work area.

Work was scheduled for the following Friday and Jim and Caleb were right on time. They were both very polite and professional and Jim explained one final time what they were going to do. He also kept me up-to-date throughout the day as they finished each step. The job took about 6 hours and when they were finished the only evidence that they had been there was the completed work. They did such a great job cleaning up that there was no cement dust anywhere.

Overall we were very impressed with how professional and friendly everyone was and with the work completed. We definitely recommend for any foundation repair.

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."
