The challenge came from the adjacent conservation area and town. There were other patios that had been built in this complex without approval from the conservation officer. This created a scenario that meant my project would be scrutinized and managed to the nth degree. Rodrigo was amazing. He knew what was happening and understood town politics. He was patient and willing to work with the conservation group as they adjusted the requirements a few times. He had to step over some land mines but he and his team designed and built a patio that met my needs and also the town?s requirements. It was originally reported as $570,000, so I called Angi support to see if it could be corrected to $5,700. The support person was able to change it to "about $6,000" or so she thought. Maybe Angi will notice the duplicated review and figure out what's wrong with their site!"
