"Before hiring Cleaning Angels in 2010, Jennifer visited my home for a walk-thru and to learn what level of cleaning would be required. I have been using their services for 9.5 years, and was obviously very happy with them, being a long-term client. There was always a one-hour window provided for arrival time, and for the most part was as expected, and only varied slightly if/when new cleaners were assigned when necessary. And Jennifer was also very flexible whenever I needed to reschedule. I am moving out of the area and am therefore discontinuing the service, but recommend Cleaning Angels to anyone looking to have someone else do the work!"
