Tom Cromer and his crew were extremely professional and responsive, and did a great job identifying the source of our leaks and fixing them. We’ve had a number of contractors attempt to fix our door deck leak, ineffectively, to the point where water infiltrated the floor and stained the ceiling of the room below. Tom was honest and straightforward, and advised us to go with extensive caulking and a few other additions to our existing deck door, rather than installing a new one and / or a storm door which would have cost considerably more. We are finally dry, despite recent heavy rains."

Todd found little extra ways to make the home safer- adding an extra bracket to two bannisters that were not as secure as they could be/ nailing a loose piece of wood on stairway….the kicker was Todd searched and searched for the right window turn handles- and HE FOUND THEM!!!! He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important.
