"It was 2 days before Thanksgiving and my power kept flickering on and off. I had the power company out to my home who informed me that the box where the main power comes in...under the meter needed to be replaced and I had to call an electrician to do that. I had been coordinating with another electrical company while I was at work, to have someone come out that day. Unfortunately despite their efforts to find an available electrician, by 3:00 p.m. they were still non-committal. So in desperation, I decided to use Angie's list for the first time. That is how I came upon Resolute Electric. Contact was made within 5 minutes, and Clause who is either the manager or the owner was at my home within 1 hour to complete an assessment and quote me a price. He had one of his electricians at my house within another hour and the work was completed by 8:00 p.m. . He did not charge me any extra for the late hour of service simply because he was more concerned about our safety then making or taking advantage of our desperation. Both Clause and Randy displayed a level of professionalism and work ethic that you don't come upon very often these days. That being said, I felt it was important that they're excellence be acknowledged. I can't thank them enough."

"Brandon Flemings was great to deal with during the work he performed for me. He and his assistant were very professional and thorough with explaining the work they performed. They arrived at my house at the time they said they would come and their estimate for doing the job was reasonable and accurate. I definitely will hire them for my future electrical work."

"Communication was fantastic and the team arrived right on schedule. The completed the installation in under 2 hours and went about it like professionals. They were very courteous and tidied up after themselves. I am very satisfied with the lighting fixture installation and would definitely hire them again for any electrical work that I can't complete myself."

"It was a pleasure to work with Zack at ZB Electrical for the electrical connection of our hot tub. He was very thorough and professional.
