"The equipment was delivered promptly, and the installers arrived shortly after. Chris Hardin and Anthony were the installers. They were very experienced, well trained, knowledgeable, and did top quality work. Both were polite, personable, and treated me with respect. I tend to be a perfectionist and must say if I would have had the skills to do this job myself, I could not have done any better. I have never seen such good quality for any heating and air conditioner replacement in other homes I have owned. In addition to replacing the furnace and air conditioner units, some other items that were replaced were: suction and liquid lines, the exterior breaker box, condenser pad, furnace vent, insert in the vent going up the chimney, and the condensation pump and hose. The old furnace was situated such that there was not much room to change the air filter and perform maintenance. The new furnace was repositioned to eliminate that problem. This involved rerouting the electrical cable to the furnace switch and partially extending the gas line. My previous coil was never a tight fit over the furnace and therefore, cool and warm air escaped. Special care was taken to tightly mount the new coil and thoroughly seal it with silicone. Some insulation was even used around ducts nearby. All the old equipment, including the condenser pad, was hauled away. The work area was cleaned up well after completion."

Thank you so much for the peace of mind that a leak free hot hot water heater and the joy of a fancy hose bib. (Appreciate the koozies ! )"

"The pros were: the installations were done correctly; suggested that I purchase a better, long-lasting ring instead of the one that came with the product which I did; installed an additional item that he had not previously installed before and demonstrated how to operate it. The cons were: he did not remove any of the old toilets; he did not tell me that they still had water in them; he did not clean up. There was glue and debris left at every installation site. I had to incur the extra cost of removing each of the three old toilets which turned out to be quite an ordeal."

"Joshua and team were so pleasant to work for. Where do I even start. From consultation to finished projects, Josh was very communicative and knowledgeable. I'm a recently new homeowner and have many questions and Honey-do tasks. Josh helped wittle my list down some. Firstly, I had a huge pine tree that came down during high winds and had crushed my fence. It left a huge stump on my yard. Josh used his excavator to remove the stump, carry all of the downed limbs to my burn pile, and made the yard look like a yard again. When then started looking at other multiple projects. He mentioned to me about fixing my bumpy yard for a future project. He is helping fix my broken chain link fence. Offered me some tree service ideas. Helped me hang some tvs including one outside on my patio. He gave me great ideas for landscaping my pool and then delivered some mulch and made my backyard to stay looking pretty. All of his staff and family were plesant to work for. He even recommended another certified Angi pro to help open my pool.
