"I wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to work with this company. We signed a contract with TnT Roofing and Restoration to redo our roof on July 30 and it has not been done as of 10/7. We cut them a check of $7k for a down payment and they cashed it within an hour of us meeting with them. We have been the ones following up with them on a weekly basis, trying to see when they will be replacing our roof and they continue to say; two weeks, next week, end of the month… here we are 10 weeks later and no roof and internal water damage to our home. They are now not returning or answering our calls/ text."

"Our neighborhood was hit by a devastating hailstorm in 2022. The vinyl siding on the north sides of everyone's house was pocked with holes and gashes, roofs catastrophically damaged, broken windows, battered cars, tree limbs everywhere. Certainly, we had all seen storm damage much worse than what found after our storm, but we all braced for the challenges ahead: clean up, repair and even rebuild. As we picked up the pieces around our yards, contracting companies descended on our neighborhood. Dealing with the insurance end of the equation was already becoming a marathon--but the looming questions, who should we choose to repair our home, who will do the job well became a worrisome preoccupation for us and all of our neighbors. Our former neighbor, Ben F, drove by one day, and seeing me in the yard cleaning up, he stopped by to check in with us. Ben listened empathetically. He told us he had started to work for Craftsmen and asked us if we wanted him to give us an estimate. Ben told that us he had been impressed with the team at Craftsmen, that he had found a workplace guided by principles of integrity. As he put together the estimate, Ben was thorough and thoughtful, answering our endless questions with considerable knowledge and good advice. "We requested an estimate and Anthony made an appointment over a week out. He then wanted to reschedule just a few hours before but interested we let him come earlier (this was a Thursday). He left saying we would have 3 estimates on Monday. More then a week later I tried calling and texting for days. We had to call the company and were told he would call later on that day. Nope! 2 days later he says he would have the estimate done and send it. We got one for a full roof replacement. NOT at all what I asked nor what he discussed with my husband. I let him know this is what we talked about and he tells me he will have them Monday for me. Visit was April 17 and we still do not have the estimates we requested and he will not even answer. We have tried to be very understanding as we know people sometimes go through, but this is ridiculous."
