"They saved me $ 10,000 dollars from 1 bid and $5000 on another they came and gave me an estimate explaining exactly what they would do. We had it all done in a week that was the estimate and . I love my new roof got 15 year warranty. The owner even came and finished an eave I asked them to do after the bid was done that's why the boss came and done it on a holiday, I was very impressed. Very nice people to work with I enjoyed having them around for the couple days they were doing my roof it looks just beautiful. Many shingles to choose from as well. I will have them back if I need another roof in my lifetime. I recommend 2 be remodeled "

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Franklin, ID

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
