"Project: Design and install a patio. This project was not easy. The design and build of this paver patio should have been straightforward. The challenge came from the adjacent conservation area and town. There were other patios that had been built in this complex without approval from the conservation officer. This created a scenario that meant my project would be scrutinized and managed to the nth degree. Rodrigo was amazing. He knew what was happening and understood town politics. He was patient and willing to work with the conservation group as they adjusted the requirements a few times. He had to step over some land mines but he and his team designed and built a patio that met my needs and also the town?s requirements. "My project was to replace a degraded 3 feet high railroad tie retaining wall on one side of our driveway. Jose at Dardah Landscaping was prompt and professional, and the estimate they gave was very competitive. He gave me a few options to consider, depending on my budget. After a prompt site visit, I accepted their proposal for a stone wall to match an existing stone wall on one side of our property. Work started in just a few days and was completed in a timely manner. They made sure there was minimum disruption to my personal schedule. While the job was in progress, we discussed a couple adjustments that would enhance the appearance of the completed wall. We settled on a few finishing landscaping touches, which added a few dollars but really makes our front yard look good (and saved me a couple weeks with a shovel and pitch fork. "1st he called my back within 5 mins. I needed anout 2-3 feet of snow removed from the end of my driveway. I was gone so he drove by to asses the situation and give me a quote. The call and the drive-by were finished within an hour of a request. The price was reasonable and he returned about an hour later and very quickly removed the snow. He was professional and friendly and had 3 options for payment which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend!!"
