"Though I did decide not to use this pro, he came out in a timely manner. He was honest about the floor (that it was probably better as a sub floor) but said if I wanted to refinish it, he would do so. He gave me a great price. But since it was soft wood, a pine floor, and we have a large dogs I decided to wait and replace the floor at a later date when the budget allows. I appreciated his honesty and price. I will hire them when we get ready to do our other floors."

Our home is a 1910 Craftsman with a mix of original southern pine floors and relatively newer (20 year old) oak hardwood planking. All of the flooring was in dire need of refinishing. John and his crew did an amazing job restoring and refinishing our flooring. The attention to detail was impressive, and they even tackled things we didn't expect, like attaching some of our molding that had come unglued (in the past) back to our walls.
