"Of the dozen or so companies I called, Richards & Swift Roofing was the only one that didn’t try to push unnecessary work or inflate the price. Jim, the owner, personally came out for the quote, a stark contrast to the usual “salesmen” other companies send. Jim told me exactly what needed to be done—no more, no less. He reminded me of my grandfather, who was also in the trade. Both of them are the kind of people whose handshake/word something. Him and his crew replaced my roof and gutters with precision, speed, and care. No stress. No surprises. No shortcuts. Just honest work, done honestly. People like Jim don’t exist anymore. If you need a roofing professional you can trust, this is who you call. When the work was finished the only evidence of it was that my roof looked brand new; he also brought my kids gift bags with stuffed animals and coloring books which is honestly the kind of nicety and thoughtfulness that’s usually missing from the the world. The Metzgers"

"I was contacted quickly and an appointment to inspect the roof was immediately set up. The crew came in a few days and finished the entire project in a single day."

"We called Rapid Home improvement about 3 months ago because two of our neighbors had recommended them highly. We didn't think we were going to get the work done this year because it was getting late in the year and there is usually snow, but this year the weather was really mild and it was actually 50+ degrees when they installed the roof.
We have a almost flat roof and it leaks all the time no matter how many times we pay people to fix it. Mike came out and measured and checked out our whole house. It was very thorough. After we talked to him he recommended this Durolast stuff that is like a pool liner, but better and is made totally in Michigan. Long story short, we had no idea this even existed and we really liked that it was made locally. We had a lot of wood replaced because it was rotten and the guys also installed a lot of insulation. We could tell right away that the insulation was working. I'll update this review later after we have a few months of utilities to compare.
Overall, we had a great experience. There were a couple of things that came up that we didn't anticipate, but Mike and the owner Bill handled them really quickly and professionally. It makes sense that this stuff comes up because we don't have an attic to check in and so we had no idea that we basically had no insulation in our roof at all. They gave us a really good price and we couldn't be happier. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone. Their price was good and they are honest. Just love it!

"I can’t recommend this company enough! From start to finish I was informed on what needed to be done on my roof, and Chris always communicated any unexpected costs with me BEFORE taking it upon himself to do the repair and I was shown what needed to be done and educated on the process! This is a very honest and trustworthy company!!!"

"I have worked with many contractors through the years I would rank these guys as one of the best. Frank is a very trusting and transparent person to work with. He will find ways to meet your needs and work with right through the project. They are not a company that will do "90%" of the job and make the last 10% difficult to complete or close. He is also very reachable and will stay in contact through the project. Their invoicing and payment process if also very easy and good to work with. I would certainly work with these guys again."

"These guys were prompt, courteous, and beat their projected completion by a day. Their work is excellent. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you need a good paint job, big or small, hire CPR."

"Chris and crew did a really good job on my roof and met all my expectations. Thy further solved my attic ventilation problems on my 130 yr. old home by installing edge vents and ridge vents. Needless to say I am very happy with the outcome. Additionally they fixed the straps on all my gutters which were improperly intalled."

"Extreme Exteriors did a great job for us in removing and installing a new roof. We entered into an agreement on a Sunday and the following Saturday the work was completed. They completed the entire project in 6.5 hours. The pricing was fair, and they offered 0% financing for 24 months which was extremely helpful for us. We would recommend them for any roof repair or installation."

"Fabulous experience from the original home evaluation to the actual insulation in rim joist in basement. Punctual. Good information supplied. Able to do foam insulation at a slower psi so I didn't have to evacuate my home. Eric and Mike even helped move some furniture back for me. Great experience."
