"Ryan always responded quickly. Ryan and the crew showed up on time and worked hard. The only reason we did not rate them as a 5 was due to communication struggles over stamp patterns and colors; we had no experience and needed to rely on their expertise for guidance and they did not realize that some of the stamps had the same name for 2 different patterns resulting in a mix up. Also the colors from the color wheels are not always available or exact but were worked out with a phone call to the supplier. In the end, we love our new walk and step and would recommend Bear Brothers."
