He came on a Friday afternoon, with his family in the truck, as they were going out of town, but he wanted to check our roof first. He looked in the attic and took pictures to show us. He then went on the roof and used the video phone app to walk us through the problem and the repair. He fixed the issue, and then set off on this trip. "These guys were great. We started with a roof repair and upkeep Angie's list coupon, but they were very careful to look at our whole roof (now 20+ years old!). They explained everything that would need fixing and then let us decide about going ahead with a new roof. Let us take all the time we needed to decide. They were flexible with the schedule. In the end we did not go with Deans, but only because we opted for a different approach to redo the flat part of the roof.  The Deans price estimate was on the lower end of 4 that we received, and was definitely reasonable.

"The removal and replacement of the shingles went well. The crew did not replace the rain diverters over the entry doors. Our sales rep was responsive to text and phone messages but somehow the work never got scheduled until a phone conversation with the main office. One major drawback was that the on-site supervisor did not speak the same language as the roofing crew, I don't understand how they can work that way. Thankfully the roofing crew didn't seem to need much supervision."
