"The PestMaster team was very professional and effective. We had them out to take care of some mice we had getting in to the house. They were very thorough, explained the entire process in a way that made sense to us and they were able to trap and remove the mice we had as well as identify and fill any holes where the mice were coming in to the house. "Over the course of figuring this termite thing out I dealt with five Plunkett's employees, and they were fantastic. Professional, punctual, and thorough. They went over the house with a fine-toothed comb looking for live termite activity (found two locations) and installed a Sentricon bait system. They were very good communicators and explained everything they were doing and looking for. (I ask a lot of questions.) There are off-the-shelf termite control products out there, but it was important to me to put it in professional hands."

"The guy who came out his name was Eldridge and he was very helpful in explaining how their company controls pests. They are flexible with scheduling. It appears they use green / eco friendly products which put my mind at ease. They also gave an Angie's List discount. He did an excellent job! I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again."
