The gentleman I spoke to told me the workmen would be by the first week in December, and on Nov. 15, 2025, they took $555.41 from my credit card account. The first week of December went by and no workmen appeared. When I called to inquire, I was told that my service had been rescheduled for Jan 1! I said that couldn't possible work, since my gutters (in Massachusetts) would be frozen over by then. The person (computer?) I spoke to said they would put me on the "urgent" list and try to get to me earlier. Now Jan 1 has come and gone and no workmen have appeared and no one has contacted me from Ned Stevens. What kind of outfit is this? My gutters are completely frozen over and I'm afraid we'll develop an ice jam on the roof. I am 85 years old, and my husband is 89 and has Alzheimers."

"I hired Hernandez Landscaping & Tree Service to remove 5 of the largest pines trees I’ve ever seen from my yard. They also cut down a huge messy oak tree and a 2 large sweet gum trees. They finished the job in just two days (Friday & Saturday) and were very efficient. They returned a 3rd day just to make sure all of the debris was removed and the yard was safe for mowing. I will hire these 5 guys again! Their equipment did no damage to my yard or my septic tank. I want them to come grind the stumps next week! They will beat anyone’s quote to get your job done."

He completed about a fourth of our new cottage framing and talked my sister in California into paying him half the contract and then left the job, He won’t call me back about refunding $2000 to my elder sister and he sent a slanderous letter defining why he left. He is a liar, a con artist and a thief. He is obviously experiencing dire financial stress. He has several bad reviews and I wish I had researched his company in greater detail. I’m debating trying to file financial fraud of an elder charges in hopes that it puts a stop to his thieving ways."

Trip Charges are included in the price per job. I do give FREE estimates on all jobs with the exception of " Insurance Estimate Jobs". For any job that is requiring an estimate for the insurance company. There will be a charge of $25.00 per estimate. IF I am awarded the job, this $25.00 will be deducted off of your final price. Therefore making it a FREE estimate. Unfortunately I've given FREE estimates in the past for these jobs, only to have the homeowner ONLY use me long enough to get the money from the insurance company & I never hear from them again. This is the only way I can see to keep it honest. There are many " handyman" companies out there today, but I believe that one of the things that sets me apart from them, is I have actually been in the industry for over 25yrs. This is not new to me. Also, I believe in 'honesty'. If you ask me to quote you for a job, that I am NOT completely comfortable with, I will be honest & tell you I'm not skilled in that area. But I will be happy to help you find someone who is, & someone you can trust, @ NO Charge to you.
