It is great to have a trusted licensed professional who can assist from the big jobs for a massive extension to swapping out a outlet, caulking a shower, widows etc. I own a few properties feel that Paul and Gene have done a great job between setting expectations and following through. Paul provides a detailed invoice for additional work and when i need him I texted or call. I had a leak at another building and he was kind enough to come ensure all was well. Old pipes seems to get pin hole leaks. 70 year building will have issues over time."
