I then had to go to his house to pick up the plans. I submitted the plans at which time I was told that I needed to get then done again by a professional. Held up the construction by several weeks. Save your money. Do not use Lou."

They drew things they didn't need to draw, took weeks longer than expected, missed and changed deadline dates, wouldn't refund the "expedited" timeline fee, would sometimes not reply or respond. I worked as a Drafter in Long Island for Newmat USA (2004-2014) and Lynbrook Glass 2014-2018). Then I worked as an Architectural Designer in Key West, Florida from 2018 to 2021 in person. In 2021 I created Dagar Design LLC which is a personal business. Presently I continue working remotely as an Architectural Designer for architects engineers and contractors located in Florida, USA.
