The project supervisor on site let me know things dealing with my roof that could not be seen until the shingles were removed. There was a large hole in the wood from standing rain water near my chimney. He sent me a picture and did not repair it without my approval. "They did an excellent job and did quicker than we thought they were going to. It had to be done in between the rain days, and when they arrived the shingles hadn't arrived yet. They started stripping the old ones off and the truck had arrived with the new ones. They put them on and got it done by sunset the same day! They also fixed some siding for me and replaced a vent cover. The roof looks great! I would recommend them."

"It was great! Brandon (project manager) kept me informed throughout the entire project. Each of the crews were professional, thoughtful, quick to clean up, and always punctual. Brandon offered suggestions where I was unable to make decisions. He sent photos of options, colors, styles. Beth (in the office) was always accommodating - she brought out the color board (again) so I could be sure. Mike (sales) did a phenomenal job. Honestly, I was dreading spending time with any sales people. But Mike taught me so much AND made it interesting. Triangle wasn't the cheapest (or the most expensive!) I felt that their prices were fair. I don't mind spending the money if the product is right and the service is exceptional ! And it was!! Neighbors love it and I've given contact info to several people. I will call Triangle again!"
