"We got estimates from 3 fencing companies to install black aluminum fencing around our rear yard with 3 gates. American Heritage was competitive and offered a pet version - posts are close enough together that our pup is unable to squeeze his head through - we liked that American Heritage is a local family owned and operated business, used American made products and didn’t have a negative thing to say about the other fencing companies we talked to....the same can’t be said about the others. Fence came in and was installed exactly how and where we agreed...love the fence! Took about 6 hrs to install 800+’ of fence..posts are in concrete, gates are self closing and lockable. The owner did the estimate, and the son did the layout for the crew to install. Buy American! Buy Local! Would recommend American Heritage to family and friends with no hesitation!"

"The owner was extremely responsive. He visited our property within 48 hours of contacting the office to set up an appointment. He explained the product and installation thoroughly, and provided specific recommendations on how to ensure effectiveness. The installation was scheduled within days of meeting the owner for consultation and pricing. When it came to training our pets on how to use the invisible fence, the owner and trainer incorporated our current training methods into their recommendations to assist our pets with learning the fence quickly. In addition, the company refunded us for the cat collars once we determined that it was not effective for them without any hassle. <br />"

"The fence was built more than 10 years ago. We had a second fence built by them at my father-in-laws. In both cases they were excellent. I contacted them in August about a taller fence, an estimator came out but I never received an estimate. The first time I called I was promised it would be sent out that night. Four other calls and was told I would receive it. Enough. I contacted another builder."

"It was excellent. They put in the fence originally and they were exceptionally careful and thoughtful of our plantings. They even repaired the fence that had gotten out of whack from taking out the fence from the corner. They even replaced two little spokes that had gotten bent. Dear don't go over the fence, they go through the fence. The quality was excellent."

"Excellent repair job with absolutely no complaints. This review is after posting a 3 star review a few days ago for not returning my phone calls. I was contacted on Monday and given an apology with explanation that the company had been short staffed and had tried to contact me earlier, apparently the call going to my Spam box. On 12-14-22, Tyler arrived at 11 AM and immediately went to work to locate the trouble with my underground dog fence. Apparently several breaks were located and repaired, about a 2 hour job. Tyler was very professional and apologetic for not getting out sooner and reduced my service bill by 50% for any inconvenience experienced. I tried to remove the earlier comments posted a few days back but was unsuccessful, thus this new review. Outstanding and pleased with the repair."

"Invisible Fence of Raleigh performs excellent installation and training. I highly recommend them. 1. Do not believe the internet lies that invisible fences somehow "harm" pets. The technology and training protocol result in minimal stress to (you and) your pet. My dog,Teddy the Golden Retriever, is not always the brightess bulb in the bunch, but quickly (by the second breakthrough at each training level) learned his boundaries and the proverbial "safe zone". I was thoroughly impressed. 2. Do not be a cheapskate - purchase the training. All the hardware and technology in the world is useless without a proper training program. The training sessions continue until perfection is reached and there is no additional charge. Many dogs require 3 training sessions, but in my case, a fourth lesson was necessary. By the fourth lessen, Teddy had no breakthroughs (one was recorded in the collar, but it was my wife testing the system LOL). In search of excellence? I found it with this vendor. 3. Technicians/Trainers. I liked my technicians. They were professional, smart, clean-cut and very workman like. Caleb did a superb job training Teddy. Caleb has superb verbal and non-verbal dog training skills. Caleb also has a unique ability to measure the physical and emotional make-up of your pet, and customize the training sessions. Training sessions were completely calm and productive. It is clear to me that Caleb is blessed with a high natural aptitude for training dogs. My installer, Tim, did a high quality installation. He made extra-effort to make sure there were no gaps near the building. For reference, Tim previously served our country in the Navy (Aircraft Carrier). I appreciate his military service and Invisible Fence's commitment to hiring veterans. 4. Cost. I have a 1.25 acre lot. The cost of a conventional fence would have been in excess of $10K and my invisible fence was "dramatically" less. Plus the invisible fence preserves the natural beauty of the lot. FYI - the president of my homeowners association was the first person to recommend an invisible fence. 5. Office Support. I found the office support exceptional too. Upon sending an email inquiry, Danielle called me on Memorial Day. I was not expecting a response on a federal holiday. It's a "wow" factor! I am very pleased with this purchase."

"Kevin quickly came over to provide an estimate and offered to remove the current fence the next day. As promised, his guy showed up the next day and removed the posts to accomodate the other workers. As the scope of the other yard work increased, I needed more of the fence removed. Again, Kevin came over right away to take care of it. Once the yard was finished, and the fence could be reinstalled, they quickly came and put up the fence and the new gate."

"Very smoothly. He and his son arrived early on the day of the appointment, completed the work in short order, and charged a very fair price. The install was done expertly and they neatly cleaned the work area after they were done. Our cat will be very happy."
