"To be fair, I had reasonable service from this company for over two year before my AC unit died. They said I needed to replace the compressor. I paid them over $10,000 and the unit still did not work. They did come back several time but were unable to fix the problem. This was last Summer so it was hot. I put them in contact with the manufacturer's tech support rep but they never even called the guy. Eventually, I was working directly with the owner who stopped returning my calls and emails. I can't believe he left me hanging without even the decency to tell me that they were giving up. I had to pay another company to come out and fix their mess. I will never use the company again and if I had more free time, I'd sue them."
