"We?re sharing our experience (photo batch 1/3) to inform future customers about the craftsmanship of KJ Natural Stone. We hired them through our contractor for a kitchen countertop and sink. Before pickup, I personally visited their location, where they showed me the slab they would be using, along with the sink. Unfortunately, the final product did not meet our expectations. Rather than making any claims, we are simply sharing photos of their work and letting them speak for themselves. Be aware that KJ Natural Stone may claim they had no direct business with us since they worked through our contractor. However, that does not change the fact that they were responsible for fabricating and supplying our kitchen countertop and sink. We hope this review helps others make an informed decision."

"This company has some of the rudest and most disrespectful people working there. Veronica and Jessica should not be in customer facing positions. The bathroom remodel was done well, but the tile installer needs a bit more attention to details. We still do not have glass and had to call the glass company last week directly for an update as they were not being provided by New York Renovations. NY Reno kept stating there’s a delay and timing is estimated. However, Glass Depot told us the deposit was never paid and that was 7 weeks after they came out for a template. Just called the glass company again for the first time since early last week after continued vague updates from NY Reno. One very helpful person told me that NY Reno just paid the deposit via ACH earlier this week and that they’d call back after asking around for a timing update. Never heard back, so I called again but was told that NY Reno had instructed Glass Depot to not speak with me. The woman at Glass Depot specifically said she was told by NY Reno to not discuss any financial information but could confirm that “the glass has been ordered”. However, when I called last week, that same person at Glass Depot said the deposit was not made and glass had not been ordered. Meanwhile, for weeks, NY Reno was providing random updates about our glass saying they haven’t heard from the glass company, or that it’s just one more panel to come in. Those seem to be false as well as the “receipt” they emailed which was a text only document on Microsoft Word (not images). I’m sure NY Reno will reply to this and say they have gone above and beyond to make us happy. Or, try to put the blame on us and call us rude for following up directly with their vendor, but we have plenty of emails and an outrageous to show this. Plus, a bizarre phone call from Veronica where she berated me by saying that I picked the wrong person to mess with, calling me insane, etc. Update: After I left a review on Google, Veronica from NY Reno emailed stating that they will no longer be in contact or respond to any form of communication until there is a glass install date. She also continued the false line of allegations regarding harassment. Their response to this review, negative criticism, and a customer pushing for concrete updates speaks volumes."

"Without question, this company was the best of the best. Moreover, we were very pleased with both the quality of workmanship and customer service. Specifically, to cite just a few - Brian, Owner, was in consistent contact with us from beginning to end by both phone and email ( we were ever in the loop); in addition, he was open to our questions, plus, easily accessible and prompt in responsiveness. Crew professional & courteous, plus doing a full & complete removal of old materials & cleanup. Finished project exceeded our expectations. We, without question, will engage this company again for future projects."

"We worked with Tyler to finish our attic and remodel our guest bath on the first floor. The work started on time and came in on budget. Tyler was here to introduce us to the crew. We liked the peace of mind the folks Triangle Classic Homes does business with, are partners. They knew them well and we could feel confident of who was coming in to complete the work. The attic is about 500 square feet with a half bath. The molding and bookcases look amazing. The flooring was in quickly and looks beautiful and the bathroom turned out better than we even imagined. The guest bathroom looks like a page from a magazine. The flooring is amazing and the whole project came together seamlessly. Tyler and crew brought our vision to life, while providing quality work and reliability."
