"Tommy came yesterday to clean our sofa. When I called to schedule the appointment, he said he would arrive between 10-11 am. There was no guessing what time he would arrive; he called when on his way and arrived promptly at 10. He used Organic products (which smelled fantastic) and did a fabulous job. When he left, the sofa was dry....no two hour drying time like other companies. Highly recommend!!"

"The AQM product did a great job of killing off the remaining Mold that was next to impossible to get to. It was in carpet, and under some cabinets. There is no longer any issues, and all the people in the Apartment are healthy again. Have also used a number of OdorXit Products in our aging parents house. We had to remove paneling and ceiling tile and spray the frame structure with the Mold killing product. Parents report that they are feeling better, and no longer notice the old / moldy smells. "They were incredibly responsive on the Friday after Christmas, driving from a job they finished in Williamsburg all the way to Richmond that afternoon.  They came when they said they would be here, right on time.  Explained everything that they had to do, and how long the machines would be set up and run for. <br /> They came back to clean up their machines when they said they would, and the invoice was sent promptly.  Additionally they took pictures for our insurance company, and provided copies of those to the adjuster. <br /> It was an excellent experience, and helped make the mistake that I made as easy to get through as possible."

Melissa in the office gave me progress reports all the time and assisted with all the details of getting things back to where the house would be liveable again. She is extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of that process. <br /> When everything was completed, Keith met me there for the final walk through and it looked great! He is also extremely good at what he does and is very much into the details.
