Once our job began Dave and his crew began work promptly and arrived early every day the weather allowed including Saturdays. This was really nice because no one likes that construction phase and they did their best to make it as short as possible. "Initial estimate was 5-8 days, but we were going in blind because the siding was not yet removed. After removal, we discovered all the remaining issues. The estimate went up as we made change orders but all the estimates were reasonable. The time eventually extended to about 3 weeks but the amount of work was definitely high. The guys made sure to clean up the rubble and messes they made every day. While having the paint stripper in the front was inconvenient, Pat stayed late to clean up and make sure we were able to get in and out of the house no problem. The pointing job looked great, and all cracked and broken bricks were repaired well. We have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors about how much better the house looks now. Pat and Ryan are great masons and will do everything relating to masonry and stone. They are very straightforward about not doing carpentry or electrical systems, so if that's a part of the job, they can either recommend someone to help out, or you should make sure to handle it yourself. Communication with Pat is very fast and very clear. He will explain the details of the job to you very carefully, and will also provide careful records of invoices and payments. They are also very accommodating of various needs like access to the house, neighborhood requirements, etc."

"Two workers showed up and did 3.5 hours of work as on the special.  Mostly, they just had time to blow all the leaves out of the backyard.  We live in a very wooded area, so it was a lot.  they had and plan and worked it.  They did not have much time for the front and no time for the pruning, but the deal was about  the time, so no harm, no foul.  I would consider using them again if a decent special or coupon was available.

"After meeting with a number of other contractors for our project, we decided to hire MD Construction. We hired MD Construction to replace the failing retaining wall in our driveway as well as installing steps to a paved pathway that leads to our yard. We met with Miguel (the owner of the MD Construction) and he is very knowledgeable with the process and materials involved. They gave us a great price and provided us with a copy of their insurance and NJ contractor’s license. When they started the work, we had very bad rainstorms the entire week, which made their job even harder. However, they were diligent and professional throughout the process and completed the project on time and within budget. The wall looks great and is an appealing improvement to the home. We will be using them again to replace our patio in our backyard."
