Because this outdoor work is somewhat dependent on weather and because they schedule out at least a month, we had a hard time getting slotted in their work schedule. However, they squeezed our project in and worked quickly to get the patio laid. My only complaint relates to my "B" grade on punctuality. After I paid in full for the project, it took another 6 weeks to get the special stone steps cut at the quarry (which I believe was an issue with how backed up the quarry was)."

He went down to a window and door place and found some weights to replace the missing ones and did an excellent job repairing them without destroying or marring the beautiful wood finish on the sills and sashes.
