"They did it at short notice on New Year’s Eve, Sunday night, without charging extra for emergency service. It was pricey, but I got a top of the line unit. It works great, uses less gas than my old unit, and it is supposed to last for 25 years. They also replaced my sump pump, my water level alarm, and my water shut-off valve. The owner came by a couple days later to check on everything. He upgraded the natural gas supply hose, and made a couple more improvements. This company stresses quality work and customer satisfaction."

"<p>I was initially happy with their work. They explained all the problems with the drains and gave me an accurate estimate. They finished the work in a timely and professional manner.</p> <p>The issue is that the work was done in the winter when the ground was frozen and snow covered. I have spoke to them several times in the past 3 weeks now that the ground is thawed and have been given dates they would come out and repair the groundwork. I have several holes in the yard, one being almost 3 feet deep. I have been scheduled for repairs but to date they have not been done. I'm told each time that they encountered a job that took longer than expected.</p> <p>If they do the repairs I will come back and amend this review.
